Angina or chest pain is discomfort or difficulty in the chest characterized by a lack of oxygen in the heart. Angina is a kind of chest pain & a warning sign of heart disease. It happened by coronary artery disease(CAD), which is the build-up of plaque in the walls of arteries.

‘Angina Pectoris’ is another name for angina. Most people saying that angina feels like squeezing and heavy height on their chest. It is such a kind of pain that needs to be checked by a doctor. Proper treatment can reduce the pain.

Symptom of Angina

Angina is a type of chest pain or discomfort one feelings when there is not enough blood flow to one’s heart muscles. Blood carries oxygen that heart muscles need. Secondly, The most serious type of angina is Unstable Angina. It overruled the pattern and happened without any physical endeavor.

Thirdly, Cardiac syndrome X (Variant angina). It happens when one is resting. Medicines can help reduce the reducing pain of Variant angina.

Stable angina or angina pectoris is a medical term for chest pain or discomfort due to poor blood flow through the blood vessels in the heart. It is important to know the basic idea about stable angina. Those are below:

  • It usually appears when you work hard. like climbing stairs or walking uphill.
  • The duration of the pain is five minutes or less.
  • Rest or medication may help abate this pain.

Some Explanation About Unstable Angina

Unstable angina causes unexpected chest pain and usually occurs while resting. And sometimes, it’s referred to as an acute disease of coronary symptoms. Unstable angina will be dangerous if it doesn’t treat as an emergency.

  • A little bit similar to variant angina. It also happens even taking a rest.
  • It is unexpected.
  • Medication or taking rest may not disappear that characteristic.
  • It is a primary signal of a heart attack.

The most dangerous type of angina is variant angina. It occurs without any precaution. So, we have to know about it.
